To ensure a safe experience for all participants, members must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely participate in classes, sauna, ice bath, or treatments.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Heart conditions
High or low blood pressure
Respiratory issues
Pregnancy
Joint injuries or musculoskeletal conditions
Neurological conditions
Chronic illnesses
Participants are encouraged to consult their healthcare provider before engaging in any physical activity, sauna use, or cold exposure at ANTIspaces GmbH.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of injury. ANTIspaces GmbH cannot be held responsible for incidents resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
Sauna and Ice Bath Participation
ANTI Spa offers sauna, cold exposure, and recovery experiences, including ice baths.
Participation in these activities involves heat and cold stress, which may pose risks to certain individuals.
By participating, you confirm that:
You are in good physical condition
You have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation
You will follow all safety instructions provided by ANTI Spa staff
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any other unusual symptoms, you must immediately discontinue participation and notify staff.
Personal Responsibility
All participants are responsible for listening to their body and acting within their own limits.
ANTIspaces staff may provide guidance but cannot assess individual medical fitness for participation.
2. Code of Conduct
ANTIspaces is committed to maintaining a respectful, calm, and safe environment for all members and guests.
By attending ANTI Spa, you agree to the following community guidelines.
Respectful Behaviour
Participants must treat staff, other members, and the facility with respect.
No Harassment or Aggression
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
Harassment or discrimination
Abusive or aggressive language
Intimidating or disruptive conduct
Any behavior that compromises the safety or comfort of others
Substance Use
The use of illegal drugs, excessive alcohol, or participation while intoxicated is not permitted.
Individuals under the influence may be refused entry or removed from the premises without refund.
Hygiene & Attire
Participants must maintain appropriate hygiene and attire suitable for wellness and spa environments.
Staff may deny participation if hygiene or attire poses a health or safety concern.
Right to Refuse Service
ANTIspaces GmbH reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate these guidelines or behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Liability Waiver
Participation in sauna, cold exposure, fitness classes, and wellness experiences involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Dehydration
Dizziness or fainting
Muscle strain
Cardiovascular stress
Slips or falls
By attending ANTI Spa, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANTIspaces GmbH, its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications resulting from participation in ANTI Spa activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
4. Intellectual Property & Video Usage
All videos, audio recordings, digital materials, and media content provided through the ANTI platform, website, or digital services remain the exclusive intellectual property of ANTIspaces GmbH, unless otherwise stated.
These materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to:
Download
Record
Capture
Copy
Store
Modify
Redistribute
Reproduce
Share
Publish
any digital content provided through the platform.
Access to such content is provided solely for streaming within the ANTI platform.
Any attempt to extract or distribute this material outside the platform constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
ANTIspaces GmbH reserves the right to:
Suspend access
Pursue legal or financial remedies in the event of unauthorized use.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
